Planning & Analysis

Core Business processes are analyzed and a detailed design and implementation plan is created in cooperation with the client’s team. The plan will include software development, infrastructure and staffing requirements that will ensure the successful system implementation.

System Development

Our team of developers executes the design using state of the art Continuous Integration, Versioning and Build Systems. Core’s strategy of “Incremental Delivery” allows the use of modules as they are finished. This strategy allows immediate feedback from end users making fine tuning faster.

Istallation

In this phase of project implementation, application software is deployed to the cloud or on a client’s private server. Optionally, firewall and Virtual Private Network (VPN) software are also installed enabling secure and fast connection to the Client's network and allow remote system maintenance and support.

Customization

Customization is important to our Clients. Our products are designed around the idea that it will have to be customized for each client. CORE’s strategy of “Policy-based Computing” allows efficient and controlled customization to fit each client’s unique requirements.

Integration

CORE’s systems can be integrated with client’s other systems to allow seamless transaction flow. This is done through different strategies including use of API’s, direct database connection, file import/export, etc.

Database Buildup

Historical information is checked, reformatted and then uploaded to the new system. To ensure accuracy of information uploaded to the system, reports generated from the new system are cross checked with reports generated from the old system.

User Training

User training is usually done simultaneously with Database Buildup. This gradual and controlled introduction to the system spread over a longer period allowing users to properly assimilate training.

Technical Support

Core has a dedicated team of expert technical support staff reachable by telephone, email, SMS, and Issue Management System (IMS).

Issue Management

The Issue Management System (IMS) is a portal for efficient creation, routing, processing and resolution of system issues. Through this portal users log issues, feature requests and meetings. Issues are automatically routed to assigned support staff and to the originator once it is resolved.
